KW is MDC’s visionary developer and master planner whose 40+ years of experience in architecture, master planning, and real estate development, combined with his ability to integrate Ai technology and unique designs integrates lifestyle designed mixed-use commercial -residential development projects with interactive sports & entertainment experiences. KW was recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors Design Awards for his Unique Building Designs as Senior Partner at his former architectural firm (Bryant Bryant Williams, PC) with his 400+ projects he designed, master planned and/or managed in the DC + Maryland + Virginia area, totaling over $2B in construction value.

KW also served as Master Planner for the Nation’s Capital Planning Commission (NCPC), where he had oversight of the 20-50 Year Master Plan for the Nation’s Capital core, downtown district and the Southwest DC waterfront properties which included where the location of the National Baseball Stadium was planned. This 20–50year Masterplan (see above right photo) was also presented as a 3D video model that was featured in the Smithsonian Museum in DC. Additional projects in Washington, DC included the $ 1B Tech World, with its “office bridge design.” (see center photo above) as well as the $300M “Landsburg” Luxury (300 unit) Luxury Residences and Shakespeare Theatre located in Chinatown, DC. (see above left photo).

Benjamin has 27 years’ experience in oversight of management of both architecture and construction companies. He initiated his management career in 1999 when working with Mr. Williams' DC based architectural/engineering firm (Bryant Bryant Williams, PC).  After only 3 years, Benjamin was promoted to Business Manager and then VP Operations. His military spouse required his relocation home to Fort Worth, Texas which is when he began working for a large Top 25 Texas General Contractor. Over a 22-period year, he was promoted to Vice-President with oversight of Business Development and community engagement.  Benjamin helped secure over $6 Billion of new contracts which included multiple mega project joint ventures with national GCs including Turner Construction, AECOM Hunt, Swinerton, and Clark Construction on projects designed by Gensler, HKS, HOK, Corgan. Additionally, he expanded his community leadership by serving on several non-profit organizations in Fort Worth, Texas. Benjamin now works with Mr. Williams as CEO of Metropolis Dominion Corporation (MDC) to continue the legacy of excellence in real estate development and planning for our MDC clients and/or investment partners.

Marlon has over 40+ years of combined experience in real estate investments, Finance & tax planning and finance underwriting for real estate projects, as well as consulting for major telecommunications companies. Additionally, Mr. Dorsey has worked with JP Morgan Chase Bank in the wiring fund department which enabled him to expanding his knowledge to review & underwriting of real estate development projects of MDC. As CFO, Mr. Dorsey oversees MDC’s in-house Controller who worked for several years at Price Waterhouse & Cooper, as well as reviews of all real estate Economic Proformas for each of our development projects.

Stuart Prior’s 25-year background in both real estate development and accounting has enabled him to co-develop and sale thousands of residential and mixed-use unit projects totaling over $150M among various developments located in the United Kingdom and other European (Czech Republic) or Czechia countries as well.  

Mr. Priors’ finance and project accounting background and development experience has enabled him to introduce and attract foreign investors from his international network of financiers interested in MDC’s US and global market development projects. 

Mr. Prior Directs the Business & Fund Development for MDC of approximately ($700M) in new projects to date. He both introduces new funding capital while managing client relations on several of MDC’s major real estate development projects in the US, UK and globally.

Jon has been a member of the National Council Architects Registration Board (NCARB) for the past 40 years. As a NCARB member, he can practice architecture anywhere within the United States and any country in the world.  Mr. Jannotta has also combined his 40-year architecture & planning background with real estate development to co-develop and/or own many commercial and residential development projects along with over $200M within the Las Vegas region alone prior to the 2008 economic reset. Mr. Jannotta offered   Mr. Kevin Williams to expand MDC at his Henderson, Nevada firm’s location (nearby Las Vegas), as well as establish the Janotta Williams, PC Architects-Planners-Designers as the in-house design firm for MDC.

In addition to MDC’s Bethesda, Maryland Development Office, MDC can now offer In-House architecture design, master planning and real estate development to its west coast clientele and global partners offices in the United Kingdom (England), Turks & Caicos Islands and Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Mr. Jannotta in 1971, earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, California. In 1978, Jon Jannotta received his Masters of Architecture and Urban Planning from UCLA where Jon Jannotta has incorporated both the physically articulate and his vision of excellence as the overall approach to architecture, planning and real estate development.
